No. Whole wheat bread is the better carbs for you. Pizza uses white flour. Cheese contains saturated fat that contributes to weight gain. Meat toppings, pepperonis, sausages, bacon, beef are high in cholesterol and fat.
Go to local whole foods or trader joes for healthy whole wheat pizzas to take and bake.

It can be. Go thin crust, easy on the cheese and extra sauce. If you add veggies you're set! Round Table has an excellent gourmet veggie with artechoke hearts, spinach, zucchini, tomatoes, red onions and white sauce. Replace the white sauce with red and it's really yummy and really good for you. And loaded with chopped garlic too!

Pizza is good for you but only in moderation! Because too much fat is not good for you unless you want High Cholesterol.

It depends on what type. Brick oven baked pizzas with vegetables are good. Avoid the grease-loaded ones.

Sort of. Too much of it isn't too healthy because pizza has a lot of oil, but it only has bread, sauce and cheese and whatever else fast food places put on them.
