I am in seattle and i need to mail something to bremerton. if i mail it today what day will the recipeint get. it. It needs to be there by friday

If you mail it today it should be in Bremerton by Thursday or Friday at the latest.
If it's really important, and you are willing to pay extra, you could hire a couier service to deliver it.

Regular mail moves pretty good. Things usually reach heir destinations from one to two days.

You can go to your local post office and send it next day it will coast more but be there on time.. or chance your luck it should make it there in time if you use your mail box and send it standard.
