I guess on of the 3rd world country's,Only because the don't have a drainage system thus causing illness Dirt and disease

Because of the country is so........ freaking wealthy and has the most millionaires in the work, yet they have very filthy areas and streets that appear like sstreets in developing countries!

I have not been to every country,but did live in Belgium for a while it was not so clean and it smelled wierd!
