As a person with a temper that scares most people I would say no, but you may be internalizing your anger which will eventually make you sick - some people have little or no temper (my guy) but anger is a normal human emotion.
By the way I am way jealous of a person who has such control over their temper.

Everybody has a bad moment every now and then. If a person never gets mad it's probably because he / she keeps it to him/herself, and that is not good. Like a volcano, eventually all those hidden feelings will erupt, and could end up causing a the person a serious nervous breakdown.

It is normal if that person is a very patient person. Generally, people do get upset; some more easily than others. However, do remember that you burn 120 calories when laughing versus 20 calories when frowned.

You are provably fed up with the situations that will normaly cause you to be angry! I believe no matter what everyone is angry at any given time.... But it is a fact that we respond to the situation differently. some people do not show their anger. And in your case what might be happening is that you are angry and you dont realize it this is called a state of denial!

I strive to be where neither friends or foes can hurt me...
--------------------------------------
IF -
by Rudyard Kipling
If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you;
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too;
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or being lied about, don't deal in lies,
Or being hated, don't give way to hating,
And yet don't look too good, nor talk too wise:
If you can dream -- and not make dreams your master;
If you can think -- and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
And treat those two imposters just the same;
If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken,
And stoop and build 'em up with worn-out tools;
If you can make one heap of all your winnings
And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
And lose, and start again at your beginnings
And never breathe a word about your loss;
If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
To serve your turn long after they are gone,
And so hold on when there is nothing in you
Except the Will which says to them: "Hold on!"
If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with kings -- nor lose the common touch,
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you,
If all men count with you, but none too much;
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds' worth of distance run --
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And -- which is more -- you will be someone.

What's normal ? I suppose if you never get mad at anything, you don't really care that much about anything --- and that would be sad.

Getting "mad" or angry is a natural human emotion like feeling happy or sad.
It's almost impossible not to get angry. Getting angry just shows you care about whatever the issue is. To not get angry at anything, really, would mean not to care.
Now how every person handles getting angry is different.
Some people hold it in, some lash out, some work it out.

phlegmatic ... it is a personality type
there is no problem being phlegmatic, except for other personality types that like getting mad a lot ... LOL
Other 3 types are:
Sanguine: emotional, life of the party
Choleric: Likes to be seen with the leaders; tries to boss others
Meloncholy: every thing needs to be neat, orderly, correct ... boring
