I think that most people would die as people have become so dependent on technology (in one form or another) that they would not be able to function without it.
Those people that would surivive are those that have built themselves nuclear shelters as they would be able to live throught the ice age and would find some form of power to generate what minimalistic technology they would have to use in the "new" world that would be created, either that or man would have found a way to leave this planet before the next ice age happens.

All technology would not vanish when another ice age comes.
Man will simply move to the warmer areas of the earth
nearer the equator....Of course there will be a lot of trouble
and chaos but we will adapt, life will go on and technology
will not vanish nor even appreciably decline..

There would be mass migration to the warmer climes with the Politicians, hanger-ons and the very rich out first. Then the millions who cannot afford massing on the Southern borders waiting for the chance to escape. The old, sick and vulnerable will be left behind (Remember New Orleans; Hurricane Katrina; that was 5 days) to fend for themselves. And the Staunch disbelievers staying, causing the Army and Authoritative figures, who love discipline, to clean up.
Me, I'd get my family down to the Southern borders by whatever means!.

Technology is already far enough advanced to be able to protect itself from such threats. Although certain functions would undoubtedly fail, sufficiently powerful heating systems (probably using nuclear generators) would beat off the cold of the ice in the vast majority of circumstances & areas. Technology would thus generally survive, as would mankind.

At Pakefield on the East Coast, nr Lowestoft.
People lived there before the last ice age.

The answer is that some will survive.
I do not expect any city dwellers will be included in that group.

o nothing! we won't be alive during the ice age, because before the ice age we will haw a global worming period, and after it we will haw an ice age period. global warming is changing the ocean level and the see force, so we will lose the Golf see force and we will haw big changing in the climatic side, cosing ice age. but people will die during the global worming period, so we won't be alive during the ice age!
