What were you working on? Could he have thought he was being funny? What and where were the scratching motions being made...on a table or chair or on some part of his body? If he was making them to his person then I would talk to the school counselor about it definately ASAP. Actually I would talk to the counselor or principal just because it bothered you, so it was in appropriate no matter what. It does not sound like normal behavior.

No you need to go the police and fall a report. Teachers has no right to do that you. If you had did it to your teacher it would be reported. you need to tell your parent ,Principal or some body. Let them know that it upset you and that you do not feel computable with it.

Depends if it was a bear growl or a dog growl. Bear growl is ok. I'd be really creeped out if it was a dog growl.

Talk to the principle!! It's not normal to do that and the teacher should know it. Also talk to your parents. If it happens again call the cops.
