My parents have one whole wall of a room that has double rows of movies. It's kind of funny because my mom has a clipboard with paper on it and when me or my sister come over to borrow a movie, we have to write it down, lol. Know anyone that you borrow movies from?

Well...........actually, I do.
It's ME! I have floor to ceiling shelving units that my ex-husband custom built. One has only VHS tapes on it. I just roughly counted them, and came up with approximately 418. I have everything from Woodstock to Close Encounters to Silkwood to Young Guns to The Lion King. I collect original Walt Disney animation, so I have all of those. And I have the whole School House Rock series, as well as movies that were taped. Will I replace them with DVDs? Nooooo...!!! LOL

Uh, my husband - 928. He has an inventory program on the computer. He updated everything yesterday evening. Family members borrow (check-out) movies, free-of-charge of course.

I'm the person that people borrow from. Got sick of them not coming back so I just bill people $2 and give them a copy to keep.

I have loaaaads of DVD's and Videos...i would estimate around 350ish! I am a bit of a movie freak....espicially when it comes to the horror genre. Although funnily enough my favourite movie ever is "Girl, Interrupted" which is drama and my second fave is "Sling Blade" which is also drama....wierd!

Yes our grown up kids are always coming over to borrow a DVD think we will have to start charging them rental..
