For some women it can continue until the end of the 6th month. My sister in law had that problem.
I didn't have a bad first trimester, but I did have a loss of energy. It slowly started coming back, and by the time I got to my 16th week, I was almost totally back to my pre-pregnancy "normal."
Everyone's different though. Take this time to rest up, because when I got my surge of energy, I really started going crazy to get everything done. Now I'm tired for other reasons....

About 6 weeks after you have the baby! No joke. I felt so tired the whole pregnancy and the body aches just got worse as it went on. The upset stomach feeling did go away after about 16 weeks though, but everything else just gets worse until after you have the baby.

For most women it will go away between 16 and 20 weeks, but then you get new problems, the baby moving and heart burn. Hang in there. Your bundle will be worth all the discomfort! I would love to feel it all again. (I am to old and my tubes are tied)

it usaully gets normal around 12 weeks. do you get enough to drink? How about eating smaller portions more often throughout the day. This should give you energy. Sometimes you just have to make it happen. get up and start going and youyll feel better. i had to.

every ones different so no one can tell you exactly when it will go but you should soon start to fell more energetic and then the tiredness comes back in later pregnancy.
speak to your doctor if it doesn't get better and maybe eat more fruit veg and drink more water.
hope this helps
