Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune all lack carbon dioxide. On the other hand, the atmospheres of the terrestrial planets contain carbon dioxide in the given proportions:

Mercury: 3.6%
Venus: 96.5%
Earth: 0.038%
Mars: 95.72%

Pluto is not a planet, but carbon dioxide is probably not present there, either.
