Seperation talk is getting old and personally i'm getting tired of bending over backwards to make Quebecers happy while they just keep taking and give nothing in return.

is that an offer?
we would love to buy Quebec. we don't have enough non-english speaking people here and too many of use are political genius's, so we need someone clueless of American Democratic process ( or is that republican?)
plus we Love french food, french fries, french toast, french silk chocolate, ect.......
can we call it a Territory, so we can impose our laws on them without giving them a voice? or will we have to make it a State? ( we need to know this, because English is our Official language.)
most importantly, how much is this going to cost? we can't afford much, paying war bills and welfare and such.......
consider a Trade? we can let you have Pueto Rico as a down payment. (we know it's not much, but they won't let us use it for target practice.)
Also, are there mineral rights? normally we just take those anyway. and how do the citizens feel about living on a Reservation? we don't want them running all over the place.
also, as a bonus, we will send you back all the Canadians living here now, enjoying the American Dream.

I don't know much about the situation in Quebec but I have always wondered why New Brunswick and the part of Quebec south of the river isn't(aren't) a state(s) of the United States. Look at a map!
