whenever i try it on sumthin white it turns it yellow because of wats on the tip

I have one on my desk right now. I've noticed the tip has yellowed a bit from use, but I've never noticed any adverse effects.

I would imagine that these products are meant to be disposable since they only contain so much cleaning fluid and refills are not sold. My advice is to get a new one.

However, the number on the pen says to call 1-800-879-8433 for any questions.

Take a Q-tip and soak it in peroxide then clean the the tip of your tide pen.

Take a Q-tip and apply a little Clorox, and then rinse, until you don't see any yellow.

um i have one but that never happens to me. i think that theres nothing you can do about it...just trow it out and get a new one
