Pls explain the reason

I do not know exactly the answers.

I think this bases are hydroxide of metals which looses one or more electrons. the strongest bases are of alkaline metals , Na, K.
Here you have metals which are on the second column . They give less stronger bases than alkali's.but to give an electron is more easy than the electron is less linked to nucleus. Big metals give stronger bases. For this reason, I suppose that Ba (OH)2 is the more basic, the barium having the electrons on more external shells than the other atoms
