Ok, well I actually have 100% health right now, and i tried clicking on the Dojo and she didn't give me my green belt. It says classes complete and task complete. I am really pissed off, because I used up all of my health getting the watch from the caves, and it took me a long time to get it to 100%. And now I have no idea what else i need to do to get this belt. Please help. Thank you.

Well, according to the information I found at the website I listed below, your health and other statistics should be 56% and over when going for your green belt.
While you are at the Dojo, notice in the "Progress" column, there is the word "Stats" and under that word, there are four symbols.
The first symbol is for your Fitness (measures blue bar on the right),
The second symbol is for your Civics (measures the green bar on the right),
The third symbol is for your Health (measures the red bar on the right),
And the fourth and final symbol is for your Intelligence (measures the yellow bar on the right).
In order to get your belt/s, all four of these symbols that are in the "Stat" box, should be green. If any symbol is red, you need to play games (from the Arcades) to make that symbol green. Just go to the Arcades and choose games that has same symbol next to it name.

Maybe you need your other bars full, like your civics, fitness, and intelligence.
Or you need to have your stats highlighted green in the dojo.

Well all your statics's have to be up.Not just your health.
