ClearBlue Easy Monitor... fertility level?

I have just started using the ClearBlue Easy Monitor. My monitor reads day #11 & my fertility level has not changed - it is still very low / no fertility. Should I worry? When would I see my fertility levels rise? Thank you!

How long are your cycles? If you have long cycles then it is normal to not see an increase yet.
