There is a problem with my CD drive. Even though the cd drive is empty, It is automatically ejecting itsself after every 5 seconds. Even if i put a cd inside it gets ejected

Depends , some viruses do that , so scan first then verify if it still have the problem then its the drive it self thats long gone

Hi,

Do a virus scan. There are several viruses out there that cause that to occur.

Make sure you update your virus scanning software before you scan for the latest virus database.

There is a tool you can buy at reputable stores that will rapidly fix it and a thousand other of those household bugaboos.
It's called an axe. Pick up one...

sometimes its a bad drive or sometimes its a virus!

first do a virus scan by nod32, u can download it by http://www.eset.com/download/index.php , if it says no virus, get a new drive :P !

Super glue it shut, and you should never ever have this problem again!
