I know how you feel! I'm 40 weeks and counting and I feel miserable. Go to webmd.com for useful info on pregnancy.
You can deliver anywhere from 37-42 weeks.

I'm 38 weeks and I have been feeling nauseous for ten days now, still no labor..So you never know

Probably. My cousin threw up everyday of her pregnancy including the day she gave birth. I felt sick like that with my first child and had her later on that night. Good luck.
