All so called "reality TV" programs are so much worse than "the Simpson's" or "King of the Hill" if you think about it. One may like them or not like them (I don't) but they have at least cost a decent amount to make.
Proportionate to the money they rake in, in advertising, for abysmally cheap "reality" rubbish is the proportion of my disgust.
The Governments should ensure decent programing (drama, music, documentaries) or simply take away the TV companies' "license to print money"
We are being ripped off.

That's soooo easy. The Hills. And any show that is made by the people who made The Hills. I think it's extremely annoying how they put their names on the sceen like if you watch the show, you're too stupid to remember. Also, they are so petty and nothing exciting happens. They all look the same. They're just poorly acted, very trivial, so boring and just plain retarted.

I can NOT stand the first several episodes of AMERICAN IDOL. My heart aches for each of the contestants that gathered up all of their courage, practiced for weeks and were encouraged by friends and family to "go for it"!
Now, I know that some of the contestants are there just for the laugh... to try and be the worst and get some "air time"... but the few times I have watched the early shows, I saw shattered dreams... broken hearts... crushed souls. Some dreams are meant to stay that... dreams...

I dislike ALL TV shows except the news. And I can only tolerate so much of that, too. TV sucks and is one of the contributing factors to the decay of society.

I can't stand most of the garbage that is on TV these days.
Everything is just a re-hash of something else that was successful in the past. All the reality shows & most of them seem like they're scripted & fake.
I'll stick to my nerd's show, Star Trek.... and i'll stick with the Family Guy.
