how to chat online on orkut.com, i have activated google account and logged in successfully but i don't found the link to chat online with other people like we chat on yahoo or rediff

You can't chat on orkut...u just can send scraps...if ur friend is online at that time u can continue sending/receiving scraps.
You can use ur gmail account( which u used for orkut) and talk over gtalk....even do voice chat. U might have to download gtalk n its for free. all ur orkut friends can be added over gtalk.

but ya on alternate u can
scrap eachother and can chat wid eachother
