Love making is not a science, it is an art. And, there are no formulaes to work out the ideal frequency or duration of love making. It depends on the couple. There are extremes, wherein a couple indulges in the act almost every day (at times, many times a day/night) .......... And there are couples who do it rarely. It is generally believed that in the average couple the frequency of love making reduces with age. Though ideally it should not. Both partners have to work towards making their sex life more interesting. So the answer to your question could be anything....... from once a day to once a week to once a month, depending upon the circumstances.

The ideal is how ever often it takes to make both people happy. This is not to say that if one wants sex twice a day and the other only wants it once a week then you should have it twice a day. It means that both people talk about their ideal frequency and both come to a middle ground where both can feel happy about their decision.

My husband and I have been married five years,but are both 46 years old. He works odd shifts, so I don't see him a lot,but we still manage 2-3 times a week,and some quickies in between. Sometimes,I think, the waiting and the quickies just make the "longies" even better.

Depends on the couple. 3-5 times a week or twice a week. Are you on the same page sexually? What's your schedule? As long as both of you are satisfied, don't worry about "how many times" the quality can make up for it.

Its all about ur n ur partners need n desire! may b 7 to 8 or 9 to 10 times also! Never think that if the number of times decreases then ur love or ur partner's love is decreasing!
May b sometimes u dont feel like or might b ur spouse is tird !That doesnt mean that its not 100% of love! U cant do tango alone!

An ideal married coupl doe make love every second. You mean love as sex, if that is so it depends upon their intimacy and their urge for that. Naturally every alternative day not to have lonely feelilng because they are married.
