How do you clean a self cleaning convection oven?

A self-cleaning oven cleans its self about 2hrs.and cools about one hr.If the self cleaning oven works right,the handle on the door will not come undone til completely cooled.After cooled and you can open the oven door,their may be afew ashes left,just take some warm mild dish soap water wipe outand dry with paper towels,or use some clear vingar water on a paper-towel wipe out,and go back wipe dry with another clean paper towels.It really all depends on how long its been since the oven has been used and sitt before turning the self-cleaning on.Hope this helps

You don't have to clean a self cleaning oven, that is kinda beating the point. Hence "Self Cleaning". But if you really want to buy some oven and grill cleaner.

This is why it is called self cleaning you don't have to clean it but you can wipe the walls of the oven with a cloth soaked in water and wrung out. Good Luck !
