Depends on the tread pattern and depth of the rubber chicken. A worn tread will stop quicker on a dry road as there would be more chicken in contact with the tarmac.

They do have a tendency to roll when pulling up suddenly....given wind velocity and the tread pattern on the rubber, Id think about 15 feet.... unless carrying a load.

It depends on whether it had a turbo rooster booster on- it might pullet further- if there was foul weather, that might figure-what are you basting your facts on? I don't want to sound cocksure incase I end up looking like a turkey. I'd capon researching if I were you.
