I was 13 and flew from Hartford to Chicago by myself. I felt VERY grown up.

I think my first plane ride must have been from London to Boston in about 1978 when I was just a little over a year old.

It was back to Germany, I was 16. Hadn't been there for 8 years and it was a 4 propeller jet. It took us 12 hours from Montreal/Frankfurt.

I flew back from Lost Wages as the car broke down and came home a winner. Got the car later that week.
