olympus C-5060 can not be used as webcam. It is nowhere mentioned in it's literature that this camera supports webcam feature.
If there is any external driver or attachement which can make a standard camera work like a webcam, then I would like to know that too :)

I'm not sure about that model. I do happen to know many digital cameras come standard with the digital webcam feature. Usually the case it comes with will tell you if it can do that or not.
If not, you can always but a cheap digital camera for around $15-$20, But what you pay for is what you get.

you may be able to use it as a webcam in conjunction with a tv tuner card and using your camera's video output. Tv tuners are recognized as streaming devices by many applications so connecting your camera to the video input of a Tv Tuner card gets you a cool webcam.
Possible problems: 1.your camera may not send a video feed to your video output (you can test it really fast by hooking it up to your tv). Some cameras only send Playback signal to the video output - for displaying the pictures, playing them as a slideshow, etc.
2. Your camera may power off by itself after 5 minutes or so if not operated.
