I tore my groin muscle playing soccer. How do I fix this or at least make it feel better?

Is it a complete tear? I'm sorry! Those are really painful! Check with your doctor about getting massage for this muscle. I'm a massage therapist and we work on lots of different problems. The only thing is that it is in kind of an invasive area. If you get a good female therapist who knows how to work on injuries it can really help with pain reduction and help you rehabilitate your injury. Please ask your doctor about this first though! I wouldn't touch a tear without an okay from a doc first. Sorry to hear about your injury!

OUCH! do exercises that soothe it, theres not much a doctor can do about taht i dont think
