I need help with strategies?

Question

i am in the uk and i am a legal consultant - i find legal staff of all sectors and i am streuggling to find new clients - my boss stressed to me in my appraisel that if i could carry on the way im going i would be made manager of my team!!!

i am stuck on startaegies to raise new clients - can anyone help me wth ideas - i am very good at my job however i think i havce brain block - i have done a mailer-sales emails and sales calls!!!! anyone???
