the lowering springs will lower your center of gravity which will help to improve your handling, the tower bars will help to stop body roll and give your car a stiffer feel in corners, they will also help stablize the rigidity of the car and to bring out the suspension's full potential. A strut bar is designed to reduce this strut tower flex by tying two parallel strut towers together. This transmits the load of each strut tower during cornering via tension and compression of the strut bar which shares the load between both towers and reduces chassis flex. the upgraded brakes will also help your handling.
