Sentence D is in active voice. The other three sentences are written in passive voice, meaning that the verbs are more states of being than actual actions. When a verb has a helping word like "will be offered", "were told", or "be worn", it is in the passive voice- the subject is not actually performing the action.

D. Active voice names the actor as well as the action. A. would be active if the school offers the test. B. would be active if the delivery company told us to wait.
