Yeah, it's d) None of the above. In all of the scenarios, there's a limiting factor (monday meetings, California, Fridays) that means the results will be skewed in some way. Of course, it's very difficult to achieve a sample with absolutely no bias, but the key factor is to make the bias small enough to be effectively insignificant.
