How to find the how many bit processor i am using?

I am using windows XP?How can i know that how many bit processor i am using?Also tell me how to know How many MB RAM i am using?
Please tell me exactly.I have seen in System information but it is not there.

Go to CMD. Type set. The processor Architecture variable will tell u what processor u using.

Ram can be seen in My Computer Properties.

Hi. Right click on 'My Computer' icon. Select 'Properties'.

go to start>control panel>system should tell you what you need
