The problem i have is watching downloaded films on my comp,i can watch video clips,no problem atall but can't watch full length films they have no picture just sound,i know theres probaly a simple explanation but could some one simpley explain to me the simplest way to sort this problem out,,yep you've guessed it,i'm not a computer wizard,i would be very very gratefull,thank you very much & i hope your having a good day ;)

Well there's some questions I need to ask to answer your questions.
By films do you mean full length movies or short movies?
What video player are you trying to play them in?
Where did you download these films from?
Finally what format are they in? { Wmv,Avi }
My guess right now is that your trying to play a .mpeg on your computer. Those files can't be played by many computers.
If you don't know what i'm talking about just download Bsplayer or Divx player. Google it or go to download.com

Yes you need klite codec pack, look it up on the google, download it, and install it, is a decoder that you are missing. the small movies is playing becuase most of them are mpg's but the full lenght ones are probably .avi and you need a decompressor to watch them. have fun. also you might need another player, like bsplayer...
