I am so upset by the autopsy report on Anna N Smith! That man is (Stern) is still responible for her death!! He didn't love her,If he did, he would have NOT let her take all those drugs and make a fool of herself! If you LOVE someone and they have a problem you help them,get them help. ! what did this guy do, he took pictures of her soooo drugged out ,made a fool of her.I still think there is some dirty things going on! he didn't force the drugs into Anna but he sat there and watched her take them and probly incouraged her to do so!!As far as I can see he did nothing to help her in anyway!!He let her die.

I agree, there is way more to her's and Daniel's death than simple drug overdoses. A man who truly loves a woman will not stand by and watch her deteriorate to her death. It's hard to imagine a scenario where someone could justify 9 prescriptions. Maybe Stern, this is just my gut feeling, enjoyed having her doped up so he could take advantage of her money, assets, body, whatever. It seems to me an ugly guy like him would kiss the ground Anna walked on. By her being high all the time, it probably made him feel better about himself. It could have been a sick codependent situation. The whole thing is very sad and disturbing.

she took those pills herself he may have helped her get them but unless he put them in her mouth and made her take them then he is not responsible for her death, she was probably taking those pills for years and she took more of them to help her cope with her son's recent death I mean if I had just lost my son I might take a bunch of pills too, to help ease my pain she obviously went overboard with what she was taking, the only thing that i find disturbing about this is the fact that they had all this stuff at thier fingertips (Anna and her son) and now because of these drugs 2 people are dead and a little girl will never know her mother or brother.......very sad

FINALLY!!!!!!! Someone that agrees with me!!! Exactly my point. Yes, he did not administer the drugs that we know of... but he kept her doped up and then FILMED HER as proof of her drug dependency! Come on people... this guys is a lawyer she met in 1994 to help her with the case against her millionaire husband. And he just happens to stick around for the next 13 years like a blood sucker. She's dying in her hospital room and he's out purchasing a boat and happens to have an alibi at the exact same hour she dies!! What I want to know is WHY they kept giving her all those drugs when she was so sick with the flu!! Why do you need Soma (muscle relaxer) when you have the flu and all them other drugs. Put yourself in her place for a minute laying there in that bed. She supposedly was "asking for more chloral hydrate). Heck, if that was my sister or whatever I would say NO YOU'VE HAD ENOUGH!! And IF that was my sister I would have gotten her to rehab whether she liked it or not. AND YES BY FORCE!!!! At the point she was at I can't believe all those people enabled her and watched her dope herself up like they did. Howard K. Stern was hoping she would die of a drug overdose. It was just a matter of time in his eyes. Who gave her the repeated shots in the buttocks?? Who kept giving her all these drugs or handing them to her with a glass of water? Come on!!! What if that was your best friend, mother or sister in that condition? Would you so cooperatively hand them another and another and another??
According to the news what lethally killed her was the chloral hydrate AND the combination of 9 drugs in her system!!
Yes, she was a drug addict. BUT when it got so bad in the end WHY did Howard K. Stern keep filming her? He was behind the camera. Would you film your doped up sister or mother?? Then releases them to the media for money after her death. Sources say he WAS paid for those films. Sounds to me like he had thoroughly planned this all out all these years. He would make money off of her one way or another. I'm just PO'd that he's getting away with all of this. And I do believe he had something to do with Daniel's death as well.
So perhaps, the other assistants could not have stopped her from taking drugs and were at risk of losing their job, whatever... BUT if anyone could have intervened to get her the help she needed it would have been her Oh so loyal lawyer Mr. Howard K. Stern. But he didn't... he didn't even turn the other way... he looked straight at her and filmed her!!
Let's see... she's blue in the face... but let's wait 1 hour and 15 minutes before we call the ambulance. Wait, let's call Howard first before we call the ambulance.
