do budgies get ear-ache???????????

penguins get cold feet...... they warm them up by stampin them whilst mating.
polar bears are mainly left handed and fish do sneeze.....well one kind anyway!!!!!!

They sometimes get infections of the external ear from bacteria or fungus. The symptoms can include: scratching or rubbing their heads on their perch, redness/swelling at the ear opening, or, feathers matted with discharge.
I do not think it comes up very often though. We've had 5 budgies over the last 18 years, and have not had one with an ear problem that we noticed.
