Please tell me which channel you are watching. When I first read this question, without the clarifier "It's telling me to do bad things." I assumed your name was "Buzzzzzz" and it was after 2 a.m. with the channel off the air.
Now when I consider the clarifier, I assume you are watching some sort of porno channel. My recommendation is that you get the job done, take a pill, go to sleep. There is always tomorrow. If you think that what you are doing is "bad things", do not go to your priest, or minister for help on this. Simply relax, change the channel after no more than one hour, and go to sleep.
People I know can easily recognize those people that stay up most of the night watching such TV channels; bags under their eyes, their fist is in a near-permanent claw shape, lack of ability to pay attention, dazing off during meetings, frequent trips to the restroom, and no real friends.
Don't be a looser. Use your tool for good! Do not harm others with your obsessions.
