Unfortunately yes. The baby's umbilical cord can get wrapped around a leg or an arm and it can unfortunately brake a bone. This is quite rare but very possible. One of my friend's son was born with a broken leg because of this. Another thing that can happen is the baby can have it's shoulder/collar bone break during birth when it gets stuck in the birth canal. Again not fun for the little one.

I hope this answers your question and I wish this on no unborn child.

If a baby is very large, it may get stuck during birth and the collar bone may break trying to free the baby.
There is also something called brittle bone disease, its a rare and incurable disease where the bones are very weak and break very easily. If a baby has this, then during delivery she/he could be born with broken bones.

ive never heard of it but im sure its possible, like if the mother was in an accident or was just rough on her belly.
but then agian the baby is inside the placenta full of water so if she was in an accident, the water would act like a cushin for the baby. but you may still want to get it checked out for any other injuries if this was the case.
good luck
