There are several reasons why a woman misses a period. Have you been under a significant amount of stress? Weight can be a factor depending on how overweight you are. Do you have other medical conditions? Need more info to help.

Hi there ,
Sorry too hear about your problem. I think that its important you go and get it checked out with the GP. Its not going too do you any good by sitting round at home wondering what the problem is , and this in turn creates a stress that will just make your period more delayed! Having said that , depending on your age its fairly normal too have irregular periods! and if youve had recent stresses , changes in diet etc then chances are thats caused it. Please , go and see the doctor and put your mind at rest. I doubt if its anything serious that cant be changed. All the best.

Hi ya. Weight can play havoc with your cycle. It does depend what you mean by 'fat' though. Been slightly overweight doesnt really affect it drastically. There could be a million reasons for your period being a few days late - most of them hormonal. It is very unlikely to be anything serious. Dont worry - it will probably appear in a day or two.

You have water retention. Don't worry about it. it will all go away when you have your period. Relax and your period will come when it's ready. Stop worrying...

Don't eat a lot of fast food or salty things in the week preceding your period. it will help with the water bloating. You are just bloated...

It is not uncommon for your period to be early or late, even by a week. Hormones fluctuate and cause this.

No worries...!

It could be Stress and Malnutrition. You might not be getting enough of the much needed vitamins and minerals and eating more of the unhealthy stuff. Try taking slimquick after are 100% positive that you aren't pregant, it is a great dietary supplement that helps your body's health, my sister takes it and it hepled her when she was losing her hair because she hardly eats and she is over weight.

many things could be causing you to not have your period. I usually don't get mine when I'm really stressed.
