30 gig iPod contacts pics and defaults??

I've been trying to figure out how to add pics to my contacts on my ipod. I've got Windows Address Book and not surprising it's not too iPod friendly. Is there a PC contacts program that is more compatible?

Also, I've been wondering if it's possible to delete the default contacts on the iPod?

Once you sync your ipod you have an option to replace or add. Choose replace and it should replace the old ones.
