Alrighty- Does her mother not have an opinion? What about the rest of her family? Or does she enjoy shocking people? I understand that if they weren't a tight nit family maybe they never knew each other as Niece and Uncle, but that doesn't change the facts.I don't believe any state will recognize that union (not by law or religion) Do you have children with her? If you don't cut your ties and move on. She obviously is not making good choices and that will make your life more difficult if your worring over her. If you do have children then you need to speak to an attorney to protect your children. Lets face it if the Uncle and his niece are cool with having sexual relations, that is not a good example for children. Maybe not too safe either. kEEP YOUR CHIN UP.

yes a man can have sex (as long is not with a kin) but marring his niece? I wonder what her mother is thinking about when she found out that her own brother is sleeping with her daughter? Would this be all in the family? sorry....let your ex's go and do what she want and you just move on....

That is not good in our time, but Biblical people did it. Isaac and his wife Rebecca had two children, Easu and Jacob. Jacob married his Mother's brother's (Laban) daughter, ( Rachel). Genesiss 28:1, 2, 3.

I do not know anyone who would think that is ok. An Aunt or an uncle have exactly one half the same blood as a nephew. This is true because a sister and brother have exactly the same blood because they had the same parents.

If a man's spouse is deceased then, he is free to marry any consenting individual on her side (niece) but, not any relatives on his side (known as incest)..

incest that's what they call it. Aside from morality issues, if they continue what they are doing and if the girl gets pregnant, they just cant be sure that the baby would have no deffects bec. of some biological reasons.

i am going to say def. not like everyone else but offer the fact that i think she prob has been sexually abused by him in the past? she needs help not a marriage to her uncle...she may not be willing to face that unfortunately.
