I have similar problems with my kids, and I find their size or maybe a larger size in Hanes works well. Also I find that ankle or no show socks work the best because then I don't have to worry about leg coverage. However, usually if I buy socks that go up the calf, I buy them where they only come up a bit..that way its not too big of a problem or making them or I uncomfortable.

I have the same problem and even turn my socks inside out because the fuzzy stuff on the inside makes the tops of my feet itch from the markings. I'll be watching your question for a good answer. I've tried them all and really footie socks are the best but then I also need some to wear with boots; up the ankle socks like you are asking about.

I do not truthfully recognize. And I've questioned this earlier than. Because with a few groups it is handy. A tiger. A D-Back. An Angel. A Yankee. But I was once considering this the opposite day, on account that I suppose Rockies is an odd one too. A Rocky? It is senseless. Rockies are plural mountains. You do not name Pikes Peak a rocky. It's a You use Rocky Mountain so rocky will also be an adjective, however no longer a noun. So it is wierd to me to suppose of a participant being a Rocky. So, THEN that received me considering Red Sox and White Sox. A white sox/a crimson sox does not sound proper. But A crimson sock/ a white sock simply sounds wierd. Interesting query.

If I were you I would use the socks without an ankle on them...in the biggest size you can find to fit your feet.

All I can think of are the diabetic socks. Slouch socks are thick, but loose at the top.
Plus how tall are you, how much do you weigh and what size shoe do you wear???
