It could be a number of sizes. If it's a square, the dimensions would be 35.9210244842 inches by 35.9210244842 inches . If it's a rectangle, it could be 50.8 inches by 25.4 inches or many other combinations. Square centimeters is a measurement of area; inches are a measurement of distance. These cannot be converted from on to the other. They are two different kinds of units.

1 in = 2∙54 cm
1 in² = 6∙4516 cm²
1 in²/ 6∙4516 = 1 cm²
0∙155 000 31 = 1 cm²
31∙000 062 in² = 200 cm²
31 in² ≈ 200 cm²

You cannot convert square cm (area) to inches (length). However, 200 sq cm. = 200 / (2.54^2) = 31.000 sq in., and that is accurate to 3 decimal places.
