i would imagine that there is as long as u have the valid license proper insurance and the means to pay for the rental, i don't think that there would be a dicrimination against the fact that u only have a license for less than a year,,, check around i'm sure you'll find one

enterprise rents to drivers under the age of 25 but not younger to than 21, but you have to have a credit card to rent a car, you can not pay cash and they do charge extra for being under 25 because of the insurance rates. so it doesnt matter how long you have been driving just that you are old enuf. you could have just past you driving test at the age of 21 & they would rent a car to you.

Generally no!.. However as this is an insurance problem, the insurance companies are the ones who stipulate the minimum ages etc, you may be able to hire a car in the uk if you can provide your own fully comprehensive insurance. Good Luck
