guru,

Dont buy a 10 year old scooty for 7000, you are crazy. get it for 4500 instead.

The problems it gives, depends on your usage, its a mechanical device, you see.

Check how many miles did it run,
ask the owner how many miles did it run with a broken speedo cable, ;)

what is the condition? avoid rusty and rattling scooters.

the best bet it, get a good machanic, give him 100 rs, and ask him to check and tell you what all needs to be done to get it working properly.

I would say, bad buy for 7000.haggle for less.

documents:
registration papers, transfer form duly filled in with owners signature, emission test papers, road tax, insurance papers.all should be up to date.if he gives excuses for any of these, you say :"Excuse me" and take off and never go back.

:)

Almost anything can go wrong with a vehicle. It depends on how well you maintain it and how well it was maintained. Always change the oil regularly as well as check it's level.

Have a good mechanic check it over before you buy
it.

You need a clean title.
