she seem not like what i had in office so she always create a issue to make people hate and wont freind me close. last time we're good friend in kolej but when i get better offer to joint the company work together with her as a account but she only receiptionist. she been jelouse to me for a year and always show her long face when i order her to to work. i just resign but my boss call me to extand my duty she been telling others that i cannot find others job outside and had please my boss as a begging. how i need to ignore her because we still can see face to face each others everyday??

Number 1....no one should hate anyone...no one is better than anyone so that is not right.
Number 2...If people hate you or won't befriend you because of what she is saying you do not want their friendship...do you?
Number 3...Jealous is an immature childish feeling....will take anyone no where in life.
Number 4..How do you ignore her? Do not look at her or talk to her unless it is business and you HAVE to as part of your job. Be the adult..mature person and stop letting her or anyone get to you like this.

i'm extremely searching ahead to this Ashes series and really have not thoroughly written the Aussies off. even with this England might want to pass into the series as overwhelming favourites using cutting-edge type and the actual shown reality that the series is being performed in England. I reckon Chris Rogers will be somewhat a gloomy horse as he's conscious the situations over right here somewhat nicely. good to verify some pleasant banter flying round between both instruments of supporters too!

You may have grounds to file an official complaint based on a hosile work enviornment. Having to perform and function in the environment you speak of is harassment. My first suggestion is....document all incidences. Date, time, names and what took place. Three years ago I worked in a similar situation as a receptionist. I was treated with hostility daily and what I should have done was go to the office manager to file a complaint, in writing. But I didnt.... thinking it would all straigten its self out. A few months in to that job I started to have physical symptoms of stress.
Take Action...the sooner, the better. Start with the chain of command if you can. If you cannot...go to the next level with your written complaint in hand. No one should have to go into a hostile working environment.

well, she is simply jealous of u. don't argue with her and never try to explain for anythings she said. as time goes, people will find out the truth. another alternative is to ask for transffer if your company have any francais office or u just find another job which is better than this one.

I always look at people like that, if they are talking about me they must be jealous, and if they are always talking about me they are leaving some other poor smuck alone, so talk on . Remember they are only making a total *** out of themselves
