It sounds like someone does not want you using at least part of a computer for a good reason. And, no, I doubt if anyone here is going to give you a class in "hacking 101" so you can do that. Use your time more productively and you will be much better off.

Whats the lock on? e.g. Web browser, windows logon etc

Or is it a school computer with access rights?

maybe your parents have parental locks on it ! or if you are older maybe your employer locked it, if you are trying to hack into someones computer then thank GOD they have a good security system that keeps you out.

It will be interesting to see if people will give advice to this kid to see how he can get around someone's computers controls. Pretty dangerous all things considered.

i will agree with loyal.... unless you accidentally locked yourself out... but then again...if you did... you should remember how to get yourself out..... there are ways.,.. but if someone has locked you out for a good reason...... were not about to help you get yourself into trouble............. sorry man...
