Laptop will not shut down. Try to log off with Task Manager. Screen appears, -Logging off saving your settings, only to be replaced with -logging on loading your etc. Try using disconect, am then faced with My account or Administrator account. I go to switch off computor only to be told that Others are logged on, do I still want to shut down. Press Yes, computor switches off. Tried logging in as Administraor, with password and without only to be informed that I cant. Only I have access to my laptop, it was bought new. What have I done wrong. All help appreiciated. Thanks

take the battery off for a while...n then put it back again.....may ur cpu is too busy doing stuff...n it is kinda stuck...but take battery off n try it again
