when they fall asleep and you feel that tingle, Do you move your foot or do you just leave it alone til the feeling is gone?

I move mine really slow.

I stomp them, I used to love it when my feet or hands feel asleep when I was a kid, I always thought that my hands stay up all night messing up my hair and that's why they were still asleep.

i move mine, but slow as well because all it does is mess with nerves in your foot if u move them fast or try to walk on them.

I always slide my feet back and forth before they even begin to tingle.

I do too right now I have carpol tunnel due to my pregnancy and my hands feel like that all the time and I'm constantly shaking them.

Move them slowly and gently, so as not to cause a rush of blood, that hurts!
