Can someone tell me a rough estimate cost to get this frame straight? It's a minor bend since the car seems to drive fine. The impact broke the stabilizer link and probably bent the stabilizer spring also.

Sorry, don't work in the auto-body industry. To bend the stabilizer (it most likely will break first) it would have been a good hit. Check the lower control arm and see if it bent first. I'm sure it will cost a couple hundred bucks to see if the frame is damaged but first make sure all mechanical parts are fixed first.

If all the sheet metal still fits well, the damage may be just the link.
Take the car in for an alignment. If it can be adjusted, no serious damage is present. If the car is outside adjustment parameters, then they can recommend a frame/body shop who can offer an estimate.
