a few years back..me n my friend tried to communicate with spirits using ouija board...i think v did succeed...after that i felt intense pain all over my body ..i goy really tired for no reason n i slept for hours.....
n same happend the second time few days later..i got scared n...stopped tryin....has anyone else exp.. the same..???
im curios ?? y so much body pain...????

I've had only good or benign experiences playing with a Ouija board. If I am in the right frame of mind I have a good experience and if I am not in the right frame of mind, nothing happens.
I played with one last Friday night. Had a lovely time, and I am not possessed. They are not evil like so many will try to make you believe.
What you experienced was probably a psychosomatic reaction because you expected something bad to happen.

It sounds like you encountered a negative spirit. I've never had this experience, but if you do choose to use the Ouija again, ask the question "Are there any good, willing spirits wanting to talk?" This will help keep the negative ones out. Spirits can lie, however, just approach with caution.
You got tired because it takes alot of energy to focus and communicate with spirits. As for the body pain, the only thing I can think of is that your spirit was being pulled from your body. Unless it's all in your head, whichever. I haven't had any pain while using Ouija. I have gotten tired though.

I tried after I started seeing the image of a boy(about 13) in my mirror at night. It was a little weird but I went out and bought a Ouija board trying to figure out if I could talk to him or know why he was showing up but after I tried he went away. But no body pain or sleeping for hours.

I don't know why you experienced pain. I have used a Ouija board on numerous occasions, and only had one bad spirit enter, but he took over my board, so I had to get rid of it, and made a new one. May be you were in a spiritual battle? That's all I can think of.

a ouija board is the spiritual equivalent to leaving your front door open and inviting anybody passing in for a visit. With respect to the lady whose experiences have so far been good or benign, most people are nice so mostly your experiences should be. Unfortunately you don't know what will happen and some people aren't nice and will exploit your hospitality.

sometimes spirits will drain your energy. They feed off of us and anything electronic, they need the energy to help them in communicating with us. So maybe this is linked to your sleepiness. But as far as you having pains I can only guess that you had come in contacted with a negative spirit. Perhaps your to sensitive to the spirits, who knows for sure. Nothing is written in stone, so no one can really say what the cause of your experience was.

Some are good, some are bad (the spirits). Best to pray before hand, clear your head, and try to emit and attract positive energy only.
Also, the very FIRST question you should ask..."Are you a good spirit?" If no, stop there. (believe it or not, they will tell you "no" in my experience. Usually it's "yes" or nothing at all.)
Sound like wierd stuff to you? Stick to the other games. :)

The only experiences I have had is people moving it around so it appears that we are talking with spirits. Be really careful with these. Evil spirits use them as a gateway into our world. It seems to me that they tried to harm you.
