I think she was to the point where she really didn't care, not be rude but even if your as dumb as she was, she must have known that mixing all of those drugs would have bad consequences. She lost her son, she was being sued from all over the place, she probably had post partum depression. I also heard that in her diary she wrote down that she wanted to die so she could be with Daniel. So maybe it wasnt completely an accident, maybe it was an "if it happens , oh well" type of thing.

It is based on the trace amount/levels the drugs were at....they can tell how much of each prescription drug she was taking, thus assessing it as accidental. If she intentionally overdosed the levels would have been much higher in her system.

I don't know. But I think someone close to her (Stern) helped her along. Don't you remember how Stern was in her hospital room when Daniel died, and Anna Nicole said "This is your fault"?
I think he was possibly involved in both their deaths.

Well what I gathered from a news channel , it is consider an accidental overdose, and howard stern is not being charged. or no one else in that matter for her death.

Because she mixed drugs, she did not take a huge amount as in a suicide attempt. Without experience in pharmacy, she'd have no way of knowing the combination of drugs was lethal.
