I'm not trying to delete files or clear the cache of temp. internet files. Trying to find the folder so I can copy a file.

C:\Documents and Settings\(username)\Local Settings\"Temporary Internet Files\" folder does not exist.
That's why I'm asking this question...

on the right of your open information superhighway web page click on kit while the drop down menu seems elect information superhighway thoughts - you will the see a WINDOW with conventional by using fact the biggest tab and a small window with the internet handle that's desperate! it is going to likely be highlighted in BLUE - purely delete and enter the internet handle of th homepage you like - then click USE modern-day and word -that must be it

top right hand corner click on tools then Internet options general tab, browsing history, delete and there you can delete temporary Internet files hope this helps

Have you looked at your Internet options in IE?

No idea. But you can clear them out by doing "disk cleanup."
