I was sitting in class one day and this tiny little spider crawled on my desk. It was bright red, and it's butt was white with black stripes(Kinda like a zebra). I cannot find out what it was! I couldn't get a picture of it.

Wow, that's the Deadly South American Tropical Puma (I think I spelled it correctly) spider! My God, you could have been paralyzed with one scrape of those dangerous fangs of hers. Even the spores on the legs are poisonous. They can cause nasty burns themselves. That's how they lay their eggs; they scrape open a wound on the skin, then lay the eggs which actually grow inside the skin. Once large enough, they burrow themselves out of the skin and boy, does it hurt! The male species are not dangerous, but the female... Beware!

My God!! You are lucky. The more colourful & attractive a spider or a frog is, the more poisonous it is. Was it some kind of this. The colour might differ but I think the body structure is similar. Here's the spider:
